   The ledger, cassation appeals and reminders: three new reports and over 1,400 documents

   Three new reports based on official letters. "The ledger": in 2025 citizens of 58 countries declared PLN 6.28 billion of income tax due in Poland and ZUS recorded PLN 23.9 billion in social contributions for foreigners, while on 1 July 2026 there were 803,223 pending cases and the average time from application to decision was 242-658 days. "The state loses and appeals": in 2026 the Pomorskie voivode filed 185 cassation appeals, Mazowieckie 110, and ten of fifteen voivodes at most one. "Do not pass on reminders": how an act and a UdSC circular disconnected the safety switch. We also updated the reports on FAMI, the state's answers and statistics; the archive now holds over 1,400 documents.

   Courts answer in six days. Three new reports, 1,230 documents

   Sixteen administrative courts answered 31 of 31 of our requests within the statutory 14 days (median: 6 days), with no demands, extensions or refusals. Offices in the same period: 60 demands to prove "particular significance", 36 extensions, 37 refusals. New reports: on the courts, on one request answered sixteen different ways, and on what the state knows about itself. The archive now holds 1,230 documents, including all correspondence with the courts.

   Four reports and 710 documents published

   We have published four reports based solely on official letters: on ponaglenia, on the time cases take in 16 voivodeship offices, on EU FAMI money and on how offices accuse the person asking. Next to them: a ranking of offices, every case letter by letter, quotes from official letters and an archive of 710 documents (481 letters and 229 attachments to them).

   Voivode replied to our petition - all demands rejected

   The Mazovian Voivodeship Office classified our petition as a request under art. 241 KPA and rejected all three demands: art. 100d, staffing/FAMI funds and publishing statistics. We publish the reply in full.

   Initiative Tu Żyjemy organises a rally in Gdańsk on 7 September

   On 7 September at 16:30, a protest for efficient residence legalisation will take place at the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office, Chmielna 74/76, Gdańsk. The initiative has 16 concrete postulates.

   We sent a proposal to the Ministry of Interior

   We sent the Ministry of Interior a proposal on residence proceeding times. We suggest outsourcing technical steps to an external operator while keeping the Voivode's decision-making authority.

   Around 300 people at the Warsaw rally

   The first foreigners' protest of this kind in Warsaw. A petition was submitted to the Voivode the same day; the answer arrived on 20 September and we published it in full.
